1st Cameo Project!

Hi there!! I received my Cameo earlier this week! First, I was using self-discipline and finishing up some projects. Then I admired it for a couple days and finally found it a spot in my craft room! (I can't work unless everything is in its space lol) Then I kept looking at it and was really intimidated by it! After looking at my crafty to do list and all the CUTE SVG's out there I thought I NEED to cut something! My first cut didn't turn out so well but its okay because I was practicing! I decided to not do something as intricate for the first time and it turned out so much better! 

I have always wanted to make a pinwheel and finally did it! Now I want to put pinwheels everywhere lol! 

I used My Minds Eye for the patterned paper. I added a brad and a pearl. I attached it to a pink and white striped straw from Jaded Blossom!

Happy Retirement!!

Hi there!! Today is a HUGE day for my Mom! It is officially her last day of work! She is retiring and will have a lot more time on her hands! I am so proud to call her my Mom! She is such a hard worker! I made a banner for her at her work luncheon. It was a surprise for her because I mailed it to a friend to hang up! The surprise was a big success! Here is the banner~

~CONGRATULATIONS CRYSTAL~

I am so proud of my sister Crystal today! She is graduating with her Associate In Science today with an emphasis in Health Science! She has been working so hard for this and the day has finally come. It has been a long journey with lots of hurdles but she has managed and finally met her goal! I am very proud of her. I know my Mom is also proud of her! I can hear it in her voice every time I talk with her! I am very sad that I will not be able to attend her Graduation today but sent a Banner for her so she knows I am thinking of her! Here are the pics! I will add more pics with her by the banner after she graduates! 

I am very PROUD of you Crystal and wish I could spend this day with you! 

I used Birthday Bash for the Banners and font. My friend Abby cut out the Graduation Caps for me! I added some twine for the tassel.

Hi there!! Happy Thursday! I am so excited that its almost Friday! Its my turn to share a Jaded Blossom project today on the Jaded Blossom Blog! I made a Thank You card using the Teacher Appreciation Stamp set that was released last week! It is such a great stamp set! 

 

I used the new DCWV Chateau Mat Stacks for my card. The butterfly is from 3 Birds on Parade Cricut Cartridge. I stamped Thanks on to my Flag. I used my Jaded Blossom Flag Die for the flag. I embellished with some purple pearls and Twisted Lime Trendy Twine. 

I can't wait for this weekend! I am hosting a baby shower for my friend and can't wait to see her!
